North Stars 8 - Islanders 6

Jr North Stars hosted the Cross Lake Islanders on Saturday, November 22nd at 8:00 PM. The Islanders took an early lead in the first period with a score of 3-1. Early in the second period the North Stars tied the game and then took the lead after the second period with a score of 6-4. Then the Islanders put another goal in to make the game close, but the North Stars pulled away late in the third period and defeated their rivals with a score of 8-6. Kevin McGillvary tallied for 3 goals and 2 assists, while Ladeux assisted in 4 goals. The North Stars outshot the Islanders 40 to 35.
